There's also "Land Offer 365" so I'm beginning to wonder...

Hey all, long time lurker, first time poster here.

I just got an offer in the mail for some vacant land in Imperial County (near Truckhaven/Salton City) that I've held for a few years.. The company is Land Pros 365 and upon a quick google search I'm not finding a lot about this outfit.  The offer would net me a solid profit on a small investment, so it's worth at least considering.

But are they legit?  Curious if anybody here has experience with this company.
