Good Morning Everyone! 

We are a current property management company looking for suggestions for finding more responsible contractors and handymen to work with for our property repairs.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get their handymen to be more accountable, reliable and responsible? Where should we advertise for one?  

We are located in Baltimore, Maryland. 

Any advice, suggestions or leads will be much appreciated!!
