My long term goals is to retire in ten years or less. My short term goals are to learn about real estate investing and try to do things the right way so i can develop a process which is a good experience for everyone involved.

For now, i want learn to cash flow one rental at $800 at Month, then grow that into more projects that produce $24k monthly in 5 years.

Just throwing some general numbers out.
