Hi BP community!

We are terminating our contract with our property manager, and they are asking for commission for existing bookings for after termination date too. Well,  it's per contract but the language is a little confusing and we didn't really understand the implications when we signed the contract because this is our first Airbnb and first PM contract.

We're trying to negotiate it down but would like to know if it is standard for PM to ask for booking commission that they won't be managing? Doesn't seem to be fair.

Thanks!
