Hello Merlie & BP Community! 

What advice/experience/opinions do you and/or the BP community with regards to executing rent-to-own contracts?

Thank you Chris V. for sharing. As newbie in this game researching my first deal I have picked Stockton as the town of interest. As matter of fact I was out there Sunday scouting the neighborhoods from the south part of town to the north and assessing the numbers in my head. Your information practically validates my thoughts "the purchase prices for rentals are outpacing the rent growth:(."

Great job on the rehab and staging. Who pick out the finishes & did the furniture staging? It's perfect -  complementary scaled to the space and architecture.

I'm new to BP and have a few years of  general construction experience that I want to leverage toward investing.
