Yes, I was thinking of going after absentee out of state.  I know those can be very competitive.  I do like the probate lawyers.  I am also a loan officer an I do see the value in the relationships with different people in the industry.

@Antonio Coleman  Yes,  I have not build my website.  am but it is a good idea so people can see am online and build some credibility. Although the call to action will be to call me instead to going to my website.

I want to start my direct mail campaign.  I can send around 300 letters, postcards per month I want to do wholesaling.  How much should it take for direct mail to start working. I know you have to hit people multiple times.  And what are the best parameters to target? Thanks for your help.
