Hey I’m just buying my first property, I’m thinking about putting it on air bnb. Do I need a business for tax purposes or can I just file taxes as normal but just with the added income of course. Thank you for your knowledge

@Tristan Scott Zell

I installed flooring for 7 years, I can’t speak to your specific need as I can’t see it buuut if it is just a slope or flooring not being leveled issue then there is self leveling concrete you could use. And you can add some more plywood down to the lower side, the. Use the self leveling concrete where the new pieces would end.
