There are several ways we fund deals.. some of the deals we fund are mostly through business lines of credit, we can liquefy into cash and then purchase property with that at a much lower interest rate than hard money, this method has become a very popular way to finance more deals. Are you familiar with this method of finance?

Hi Seth, there are other options to finance without having to do a hard money loan, that's something that I specialize. The program that I would recommend is one where you pay 0% for the 6- 12mos but it does come with a required fico score of 720 min, a co-signer can be used and it goes up to 150k per corporation up to 3 entities. Hope that helps, 773-280-5365 [email protected]

Hi James, We use local and nation wide banks as well as private lenders.. its all on a case by case basis. I can provide up to 150k per corporation up to 3 entities, this means that for one person alone that owns 3 entities we can raise up to 450K w/ 0% interest for 6 -12mos

Hi Everyone,
My name is Jose Baeza. I was inclined to introduce myself as i'm new to this group.
I specialize in small business funding. we have a wide range of experience working with companies across all sectors of industry. We have successfully funded over $50M in the last year to new start-ups, Real Estate Investors and businesses who are seeking capital to jump to that next level.
Here are the two programs we have
1) Stated income for Real Estate Investors up to 150k per corporation
2) Revenue based for existing businesses
Have a great day!
Respectfully,
Jose Baeza
