Very broad question.

Are you looking for Class A, B C or D?

Long-term or short-term rentals?

How much do you have to spend?

Cash or financed?

ROI and COC targets?

I’m just getting started in the research of everything and this put a lot into my head, so the short answer is I’m not sure. I appreciate the questions because there are many things I need to educate my self on.

Hi I’ve been doing some research on areas in Michigan that are the best for rental properties. Any ideas where is good for rentals?
