Hello, I am writing this in hopes of getting in touch with a few people in the local area or hoping that there is a REI group that gets together. I just moved up to Michigan from Indiana. I work in the Greater Lansing Area, Flint, and Ann Arbor. I am currently still involved with my REI group back in Indiana, but would like to meet people here and maybe start investing in a few cities/towns in Michigan. Would love get together with a few of you guys on here and learn a little more about laws and regulations in Michigan. And what you have going on. Thank you guys!

Thank you guys so much for the help. I currently work for the power company so I drive around all day to different poles and see tons of signs. I take the number down and keep it just in case. I was leaning towards waiting to see how the first one went to get some comfortability; But I also don’t want to miss out on the possible opportunities. Thank you guys again

So I'm new to wholesale REI; I live in Indiana but work in Illinois. I have met a customer who I'm going to look at their house this week in Indiana. But I want to take action and try to get some deals in Illinois as well. Without having any experience should I try to take on multiple deals or should I secure my Indiana deal first, then go from there?

there’s a guy on YouTube his name is Brian Urigbu. He explains a pretty in depth of everything you will need to do but just YouTube the complete process I found out what all I would need to make a deal as well as filling everything out for it
