What's happening @James Cyriac.  I'm over here in Northdale, so really close to you.  Let me know if you ever have any questions regarding rehabbing/fixing stuff when it comes up, as that would be my expertise.  Good luck.

Thanks @Paul Timmins, and @Dave Visaya for the info.

Hi Aryelle.  I'm here in Tampa as well.  I'm a remodeler in the area, but also trying to get into to the same things you are.  If you ever have any questions regarding the actual rehab/construction side let me know.  Hopefully, we can connect someday.

I may be able to possibly help you with that depending on how soon you need it done, if you still do that is.

Post: Horrible work or not a concern? (Rubber roof)

I don't necessarily have much experience with rubber roofs, but I wouldn't like the bubble either.  It's possible it may lay down after a few days of sun, but I'd ask him if he'd be willing to fix it if it doesn't after a week or so.  Of course he'd likely have to cut it and patch over that section with a new piece to fix it.  As far as felt goes, I don't think that application needs it, as it needs to be adhered to the substrate.  If felt were under it, the rubber would just be floating so to speak.  Also, he likely has the rubber going up under the shingles, so the rubber itself is the flashing, so it should be fine if done right.  I swear I see those sections leaking all the time down here in Florida though.

Just trying to look, listen, and observe right now.  I'm a self-employed handyman/remodeler whose been working way too hard for too long on making others the big payday, and I'd like to flip the script (pun intended).  That being said, I still love doing what I do, and am very good at it, so I am completely open to connecting with those who could use my expertise in the Tampa area to get their property right.

I do have a lot of experience on another message board, except it's a college football one, Go Big Red!  The only problem is, that board hasn't provided any money making oppurtunities, although it's  quite possible I could get some investors off that site, as there's quite a few big pocket types on it.

Me.  Do you know approximately what the property needs?
