@Marc M. We're currently concentrating on single family residentials and looking forward to multi-families in the near future.
Great advice by the way! thanks.

@Rob L. @Peter MacKercher I appreciate your help. We've though of doing the same thing but out main concern is: how to design this mailer or lets say advertisement to be interesting and noticeable, and not to get thrown away like the other typical ads? What sort of information should it consist and how should it be formatted?

Hey all,
We're a newly started property management, buy and sell company and we're trying to market our business to spread the word and raise awareness.
What would be the best place to start with which has the best result and requires the lowest price? we already have social media pages like Facebook or Instagram and even a website. would printing ads be the best option to start with? If so how could we design those ads and how could we make it more interesting to notice? any type of advertising and marketing advice is appreciated :)

I have created a Facebook page for our Real Estate company, and i was wondering how could I attract more people interested in our business to the page and how to grow my audience? (Both in marketing and social media perspectives)
The name of the page is "Your Dream Real Estate". If you could visit the page and tell me what am I possibly doing wrong and what could i possibly do to improve it's performance or outcome, I'd really appreciate it :)
