Hello, I’m in San Antonio, Texas. I am looking to meet with experienced investors. I have no deals under my belt but I am at the moment learning how to analyze deals. I want to be able to add value to everyone i come in contact with. If anyone has any recommendations, or is local, I’d love to meet up at Starbucks if you’re able. Thank you for your time!

@Jonatan Barbera Hey thanks, yeah that makes a lot of sense. I’m excited to learn and get looking on some deals. I appreciate it!

@Adam Johnson I think I’m going to stay in Texas at first so I can try to be a landlord and see if I enjoy it. Then I’ll expand my regions, but I have so far to go before I purchase anything.

This was easily the most useful information I’ve had yet. Do you recommend any mortgage brokers I should speak too? I’m only 21, and I don’t want to be one of those people who regrets not getting into real estate. Lastly, would you recommend, single family to start, or go straight for multi family?

Hello Everybody, I moved to Texas from Wisconsin a year ago and finally found myself a decent job. I’ve been listening to Bigger Pockets, and am extremely interested in learning how to get some rentals and some cash flow going. Is there anyone who has the ability to show me the way? I’m eager to listen to more podcasts and read more books on the subject. I see myself wanting to do multi family, but I want to start of single family, and get some cash flow. Thank you for your time. -Ian A.
