@Jim Sestito Wow, you really hit the nail on the head with those assumptions Jim. I can see that you are a biker, and cycling is a sport where its all about consistency. For your first time, you may not be able to ride for 20 miles or do hill climbs, but you work towards it and you improve slowly. I feel like real estate is like that, a slow journey that you improve on the more you do. Thank you for that suggestion about birddogging I will check that out.

Hello everyone,
I am currently going to college for Business Management with a concentration in accounting and I stumbled on the BiggerPockets podcast as I have always been interested in real estate. I am a few years away from my first attempt at starting my real estate journey. I want to finish my undergrad and masters and get my CPA license. Until then, I plan on absorbing as much information on apartment complexes in Western Massachusetts and Massachusetts to be better prepared on my first deal. I hope that my understanding of accounting and taxes will be a helpful asset in building my experience in real estate. Thank you for reading!
