I am still waiting for my LLC to be finalized and would like to find a company who offers a LOC to investors. Im new to the game and would like to not use my personal funds to get started. Thanks for any advice or company referrals!

My name is Ian Lamb. I am 30 years old, live in Glen Burnie Maryland, and would like to retire early through real estate investing. I have been a Paintless Dent Removal technician for over 8 years and have had great success in the industry, especially since i started my own business. But I have not invested well. Real estate seems like my best option for building a nest egg the constantly replenishes itself and would allow me to not continue working very long hours and be away from home most of the year. Thank you all in advance for helping me along. Especially Keith Hebert for all the help he has provided so far.
