Hello guys,
I'm back after a long hiatus. Signed up at biggerpockets a few years ago but I wasn't serious and i didn't have a full time, consistent income.
I live in the Toronto area in Ontario. I'm currently working full time but I'm barely getting by. I want to get ahead with my income and i know real estate is a great vehicle to get there. I don't know anything really about real estate.
Can someone point me in the right direction, tell me how I could start and learn? And if any successful guys in real estate can help me closely I'm willing to connect and help you out with anything in exchange for your time and knowledge.
For everyone else in ontario, let's connect on this forum as well. I'm just a newbie that is hungry for success.

Hey guys,
I'm from Toronto and I was looking into real estate. I noticed BP is geared towards the states. Any resources or things I can start doing to learn?

What are some ways to invest with not a lot of money?

There are tons of amazing resources on BP to edcuate yourself in what to look out for in a deal and how to crunch the numbers etc. Toronto or other GTA markets are very viable, but it will all depend on what your personal strategy is. As mentioned though, to help determine where you stand, speaking with a good mortgage broker is important.
What are some good resources. I feel like a lot of things on BP are US based

How do I start real estate investing in Toronto? I am willing to drive around the Greater Toronto Area so I am not limited to only Toronto. Do I need a six figure income to start out?
