Dylon, you can't go wrong with any of those markets! Raleigh and Charlotte have been ranked highly for investing, specially considering that these are growing tech hubs. However, these are very competitive markets too. That being said, Fayeteville is getting increasingly popular for its prices and cash flow potential.
