Hello!
We are 2 partners in the LLC and we selling our property in Ohio. We don't have an LLC bank account, but each one of us having a privet account.
The title company said that they can transfer the money only under the LLC name.
Any idea what can we do?

What about if you just start to work with wholesaler, and you want to make a very low offer that works for your numbers. Do you think the wholesaler will offend and should not take you seriously in the future?
