Quote from @Melanie P.:

With every unit you add the next comes faster because of increased income and financing opportunities (equity).

In Dallas you can pick up 3bd+ 2ba+ SFH in turnkey rent ready condition for $200-250k all over the metroplex. $100k will get you cash flow positive on two. Doubling your portfolio is no small feat and something to be very proud of.

Don't fall for any of these dream internet syndicator investment pitches. You'll never do as well putting your money into an investment promoter as you will actually owning properties. Plus you have systems and processes for it in place already.

Thanks for the response, Melanie. Not interested in joining a syndication and would feel more accomplished figuring it out on my own with resources available to me.

Hello all,

New to BP and eager to learn and join this community of like minded and successful individuals. I have been into real estate for over 10 years now while working as an engineer. I currently own 2 condos and a SFH on LTRs in Dallas, TX. Those took me almost 10 years. I realized, saving to purchase one, house hack and then repeat wasn't allowing me to scale like I have heard and seen on BP forums/podcast. I have saved a lot more and have roughly $100k for the next deal. I figured I would come on here and ask folks on creative ways to utilize this alongside financing options to scale into the multi units space while not waiting another 4-6 year period to repeat the process. I understand refinancing/HELOCs are options, but also interested to see what lies out there that could assist. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
