I am pretty much set on moving west.  I think I do want to list properties.  I am not really sure and I will search up other users posts.

Pretty sweet forum.  I'm pretty new to investing and real estate in general. 

I'm thinking about getting my real estate license in Oregon.  If anyone has advice or any info on the market around Portland or Eugene that would be great.  We are looking to move from Florida soon and I want to add some other income streams.
