I am mainly invest in Palm Beach county , in condominiums ,looking mostly 1-2 bedrooms,

usually buy bank owned or short sale

I"m investing in real estate about 10 years, all my investments in south east  Florida. I owned 9 RP, 1 under contract , all my my prop. are condos.  I like deal better with condos because 0 maintenance from outside also management.
