Welcome to BP and make sure you get a look at the Ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing.
It will give you a brief over view of different types of REI and allow you to focus on one that interest you. also get a load of the podcast, you can listen to them on your smart phone by downloading the app from the app store or google play.
i hope to see you around the site.
Thanks Garcia, I hope to see you one day and connect with you on REI.

How do I go about RSVP'ING a seat for me and my wife?
Hey what's up Omar, we can definitely connect on the RE investing. I'm starting out as a wholesaler but I'm open to other ways of investing as well.

Just started as well and good luck on your journey in RE World..

Hi Ikean Lucas and welcome to BP. Just curious if properties can ever cash flow in your area of the Bronx? I know your new to the business but let me know if there's any chance of the 1% rule working in the Bronx. In case your not sure about the 1% rule, it means that the monthly rent is at least 1% of the purchase price.
Hey I really don't know but I do believe every investor is lenient on the 1% rule in the NYC area. Without it many won't purchase that property because it's a waste of an investment. From my research many are reaching more on the return higher than 1% of the purchase price.
