@Paul Eddy I will hold off on any more investing and tackler that credit card debt. That’s an easy 18% return when that debt is eliminated. Eliminating this debt will also help your interest rates with your real estate loans

@Joe Villeneuve home is not an investment for sure but it’s an asset. An asset is just something has value and available to meet debts and commitments and a home meets all that criteria.
