Hey BP!

I moved to Phoenix from Columbus one year ago! Boy does time fly.

Now my lease is up and I want to move closer to downtown to enjoy the city living experience. I want to rent privately and not go the apartment route.

Does anyone in the Central Phoenix area know of any great neighborhoods that I can rent?

This is my 1st post so here goes:

I'm currently living in Arizona and I know the market here is super hot but I'm looking to move back home to Columbus, Oh. Since I'm looking to buy and hold I know the central and southern Ohio markets are PERFECT!

I'm looking for creative financing because my credit is not up to par. While I'm looking at this as a huddle it will not stop my goal of purchasing my fisrt investmenr property at the end of the year. Does anyone have any advise or strategies for a Newbie?

thanks,
