I go over the analysis with my realtor and then she will suggest a price and usually I go along with it.

I am getting a lillte bit discouraged I have been at this for about six months trying to find some investment property, either my bid is not high enough or I miss out on the property all together. The realtor that I have seems to know what she's doing, she knows how to analyze The property value but for some reason I keep missing out on the deals. Do anyone have any suggestions.
