I am new to the real estate world but it’s a big goal and dream of mine to become an investor and learn to flip home as well as buy and hold! I’ve been learning so much by listening to Bigger Pockets on YouTube, reading books and doing research. I’m currently doing a 90 day challenge and planning to purchase a duplex very soon!
