Glad to know there are some groups in the Baltimore area.  I have the opportunity to buy my aunt's house in Rochester, NY for $30K.  It already has a tenant in it.  I need help finding a lender for the purchase.  Thanks in advance for any leads.

Hello everyone.  I am in Baltimore, MD.  Just found this site while looking for a lender for my first property.  I have no background in real estate but a burning desire to generate passive income.  I hope that I can learn and eventually contribute to this process of buying and selling real estate.
