As for places to invest, I am willing to invest anywhere in the US that makes financial sense and will result in some cash flow. I am still a novice/beginner, so I am in the process of learning as much as I can. I just made the decision to get into real estate investment pretty recently. However, my goal is to do at least one deal by the end of this year.

My name is Dan and I am from Long Beach, CA. I'm completely new to real estate investing with no previous experience. I currently work in healthcare but would like to invest in real estate on the side. My ultimate goal in real estate is to achieve financial freedom and I came across BiggerPockets in my search for real estate information/knowledge.
