For business building and working in REI I would recommend The Advantage, Atomic Habits, and The One Thing.

My brokerage does a monthly book club and we offer zoom if you are interested just shoot me a message!

I used one specific to GA for my license, but have used CE shop since and I've been happy with the content and prices.

One thing I would highly recommend is doing a crash course after you finish the schooling but before you take your final school and state tests. It helped me tremendously on connecting things that are easier to learn in person than through a screen. I don't think I would've passed my test without it. I did a Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm course and it was well worth the $75 I paid.

Investment Info:

Mobile home fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $33,500
Cash invested: $10,000

I purchased a mobile home on a rented lot and moved it to a lot I purchased using a wholesale contact. I just got the bid for repairs and they should start shortly. My plan is to renovate and sell to an owner occupant.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This is my first investment deal and it kind of fell into my lap and the numbers made sense.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it through a client that was not interested himself. The numbers made sense at the asking price.

How did you finance this deal?

I paid cash.

Auben Realty is a great option. They specialize in investment sales and are a full service brokerage. I am with their Augusta office.
