@Jay DeCima, Thank you for the great advice! To be completely transparent, I went to the local REIA group here in Charleston, SC and I was not impressed. The lead guy was arrogant and spoke down to some people. The main focus seem to be two things. One is getting you to join REIA and second was purchasing his $1500.00 weekend seminar. I went to REIA to learn, & network with others in various stages of real estate investment, which I did not experience any these.
