Hi Alan I want to do some buy and hold and some wholesaling. I am looking more for cashflow right now.

I am a newbie in Charlotte that has some experience in Real Estate. I have spent quite a bit of time reading and researching as to the best way to get started again and find what is my niche. I wanted to know if there are expierieced groups or individuals in Charlotte or the surrounding area that specializes in helping people get started. I have also looked into the different REO's that Charlotte has to offer and been given some good advice.

I did rental properties for about 2 years in Cleveland before getting rid of everything and moving here to Charlotte.
