Has anyone tried any of those investor networks like GObigNetwork or GO4funding?? How are they? Would you recommend those networks or another one to find a potential investor?? I know they charge and money isnt the issue, but I want to see results.

Thanks for your repsonse I appreciate it.
And thats great that we have savy RE investors here, thats exactly what i'm looking for!
After I get my post count up I'll post in the forum section suggested. I also have to get everything together so I can present the plan to potential investors. Right now I'm just looking for good places to find these potential investors that know what they are doing and have money and are ready to invest into a project if its for them.
The project is already being developed its just that one of the investors in this project needs out and is willing to take a loss. Their is 3 people total involved and one needs out. Just looking for someone to take his place.

You dont have any information on any outside resources in finding RE investors/ partners for my project??? Or is this the best and only site for that?

Hello everyone,
Recently a partner of this Costa Rican deal has to liquidate his share of the development and the buy in is around 1 million (the buyer will rec. 175k+ in additional equity automatically.) His loss is anothers gain.
This development is for retirees that wish to change locations to Costa Rica and retire there. The problem I'm facing now is finding another partner or investor that will wish to take his place and gain a quick 175k+ in additional equity in this Costa Rican project.
Can anyone recommend any good websites, magazines, newspapers, social networking sites, to advertise on or network with?
Looking to have this project move along so any help is appreciated. And if anyone can mention any other good RE or RE investor forums or groups that could help me along the way that would be much appreciated.
