Why is it so hard to find funding when you have bad credit. We are trying so hard to accomplish our goals in becoming great Investors. What is it we need to do to get off our feet. We are finding as much as some people are saying they don't go buy your credit they do. Please help us figure out what we can do to start flipping houses. We do not expect to become rich overnight, we know that this type of business does not allow that. Please advise.

We are newbies and we recently received a call/email from a funding partner that was asking for money upfront. The one thing we were told was not to go for those funders because there should not be upfront fees and that is what they were asking for. We are looking for the help because we have two houses and both houses do need rehab work done. One of the houses are completely gutted, it needs a complete renovation on the inside. We just need someone that would be willing to give us the chance to actually show you we can accomplish a renovation and make money from it. We are looking for hard money lenders or private lenders or crowdfunding.
I have been looking for Real Estate schooling and am interested in a Company in the New London County Area that is willing to sponsor me. I am a quick learner and would like to stay in the New London County area. I feel this would be extremely beneficial in more ways then ever. My name is Samantha and Eric is my partner. We want to make sure we get all the education we need to make sure we are doing everything correctly and to the t.
Please let me know if you know of any Real Estate companies that do sponsor individuals that are looking to become Real Estate Agents.
Thank you
Samantha and Eric

Thank you very much for your input. We are really dedicated to getting this right and I know now that the steps we are taking now are going to be the best ever.
I wanted to go back to Real Estate school and get my license as an Agent. Would it be worth doing or can we continue this journey without that extra expense. I just want to make sure we take all the right steps into Real Estate Investing.

Our names are Eric and Samantha, we both have full time jobs. Eric works as a mechanic and Samantha is an Administrative Assistant. I did start going to Real Estate School in RI but wasn't able to finish school then. I also worked for a Real Estate Attorney, and since working with him I always wanted to get back into Real Estate. Eric has been a mechanic for 20+ years and he is ready to make money for himself. He has been interested in Real Estate for many years but wasn't able to make the steps until now.
We have lived in Groton for 2 years and are looking to eventually relocate and take our business down south after we get it going up here in Groton, CT.
