Just wanted  to update, Its been 6 months and I never gave up even for a second. I am now 17 years old and doing deals.

"As long as you don't give up, you cant fail"

I would like a whole sale contract, I think I read that I need some specifically for Georgia. I am looking for deals in the Atlanta and Atlanta north opt area, I want to have my contracts ready when the time comes. I have never done a deal yet but I plan to soon. Any help giving me a contract or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

What kind of exit strategies do I use if I cannot find an end buyer?

Thanks for all of the responses everyone, I am scouting for all of my local meetings and I am searching the forums like a dog.

Hello, I am a 16 year old High School student from GA who has no idea what he is doing but wants to learn real estate and start investing. I have been learning as much as I can from youtube and articles but don't know where to really dive in. I was wondering if it would be strange for me to go to my local REI meeting with no experience and being so young. Anything to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
