What about Wholesaling? I’ve heard the good the bad and in between. I want to invest in a duplex live in one unit (house hacking) but don’t have requirements for loan at this point for first time buyer. Is there another option. Is shadowing or finding a mentor, someone to work with and move through the process a good way wholesale, still don’t know to much. And how can I find other wholesalers in my area without paying for a membership for a package deal?

Newbie question, Looking to focus on house hacking a duplex or triplex in Northern Colorado. I have a wife and 2 kids and willing to live in one of the units. Questions or concerns about taking this path? Does anyone have experience I can connect with and or guide thru step by step? Thanks in advance.
