to Mark Graham

I lookin to learn. Im well familiar with the fact that there is ways  to make a deal with no money. But i lack knowledge. Specifically with the ins and outs of contracts, with effective ways locate properties and with tax laws within my area. Im looking not for a parter i guess but a couch. As far as what i have to offer materially almost nothing. I have average credit, barely any saving, no 401k, relatively nothing. But i also know i dont really need nothin to engage in real estate. I just have to know exactly what im doin.

To Percy N.

Value..... If i was an established investor i would ask myself... "What do i want?" "what is valuable to me?" More money? More time? To be greater at my practice? Financial Security? Financial freedom? If i was flipping homes i should already have those things. What would i need from some nobody with no credentials. So i understand where your comming from. And im sure many people thing like that.  But me. When I think... My conscious says...how can i help this person.? I only got so many years before its time to go and who will remember me? What do i want to be remembered as? A person who was generous or someone always trying to be better than the next man? Im extremely valueable because the way i THINK. Deep down i know whoever is generous enough to give me a chance will look back and say, "Thats one of the best investment i ever made" But there no way to prove that. Just like theres no way for an employer to tell if a persons resume is valid or false. You just got to use your intuition and try to make the best decision. So use it right now and ask yourself does this guy sound like 90% of the liars i encounter on a day to day bais? Or do i detect.... "He might just be telling the truth"
