Hello everyone! I've been reading Bigger Pockets for a couple of years and figured it was about time to engage with the community. My partner and I bought our first investment property last year, a 2bed/2bath condo, with *almost* no money down, renovated it, and about 4 months later had it leased for 2 years to wonderful tenants. It's now been a year and we are looking for the next deal.
I'm looking to connect with others in the area to learn, share experiences and grow our portfolio.
