Hello everyone! My name is Bella and I am [working to be] a first time home buyer. I am interested in going the route of Multi-family - living in one unit and renting out the rest. I would love the opportunity to speak with someone in this community who has gone down this route of buying/investing. Is there anyone out there who has experience with purchasing/owning Multi-family properties? Preferably someone who is open to letting me pick their brain with questions & fun conversation!
