ok but I cant get a steady income...I need some help, I cant live with the salary I will be receiving and also want to make sure I dont spend that money... I have been applying for jobs for a while without any luck! thats why I wanted something that gives me money every month so I can use it in the meantime. I dont have time to spend on learning private lending...could someone just help me think about ideas/solutions? im really concerned

I have 350k I need to invest asap into something that gives me a return every month so I can live off that money in Brazil. I'm in Florida. Thought about real estate, or hard money. I just want to be sure I'm safe because thats all the money I have left. I'm not working and I have been having difficulties finding a job. What can I do ? Choices? Also I'm having a hard time making a decision so I would appreciate someone figuring out for me. Thank you

I'm looking to invest some money with a company doing private lending - hard money. Has anyone done it? 

Is there a company someone can recommend me? Has anyone lost money with it?
