Since its in the basement it should be pretty cut and dry from there. The drain seems like its going to be your biggest obstacle but you can locate the stack where all the homes pluming routes to and determine which way the plumbing is running under slab or foundation. And it should be easy to set up the vents in one of the boarded up windows. good luck man!

Hey my name is Ishmail Ahmad I'm a brand new investor, but I'm also a subcontractor so I am very familiar with residential home structure and repair. I just separated from the United States Navy and relocated back home to the Northern Jersey area about 15-20mins.
