Hey guys!

I know har.com is the go to for listings in Houston, TX, but does Dallas use the same MLS? I'm asking because I'm seeing listings in other cities located in Texas, with Dallas being one of them. The listing count isn't as high as Houston (Houston-11K and Dallas 3K), so I figured I'd ask. I've also noticed cites like Beaumont as well.

Would anyone here know?

Hello All!

I'm an investor from Houston where I'm primarily into flips. I'm looking to expand my business to Atlanta and I have everything in place to start doing deals with the exception of a local realtor to help out with comps.

Are there any realtors here that wouldn't mind helping out in that regard? If so, let's talk terms!

Hey guys,

I know that if you're doing business in a state different than where your LLC is registered, you'd have to register your LLC as a foreign entity with the state. Is this true as well for virtual wholesaling? Do you have to register as a foreign entitiy in every state that you are doing deals in, even you're not physically in the state of have an office there?
