Good afternoon people. Hope everyone is having a productive day. Im posting on the marketplace to connect with a seasoned rehaber to help fund a potential deal in Solana Beach, Ca. My business partner and I are newbie investors based out of San Diego, Ca who have been actively seeking our first deal for 4 months now. We may have found one and we're looking for some one to help fund and show us the ropes in all aspects of the rehab. We have no problem spliting the profit for your expertise, we're just ready to get our feet wet in investing. The duplex has over 300k in potential equity with an ARV of 1.3M. Hey how's it going guys, my name is Israel and im an Investor just nearing the end of my rook season in this REI game. Im very excited this morning, as this is my first introduction to the BP family. Im looking to network with investors and realtors in the San Diego area. As of late, i've been coming across leads that I can't do anything with.
