@Bruce Lynn Thank you for the great advice! The property has a Frisco zipcode with the Little Elm school zone. It has been a rental that the tenant recently moved out. I feel the rental market in this area has cooled down and the people who have applied are not qualified plus the property tax is getting ridiculous!

I like the idea of putting up for both rent and sale. Will try that.
