@Bruce Lynn Thank you for the great advice! The property has a Frisco zipcode with the Little Elm school zone. It has been a rental that the tenant recently moved out. I feel the rental market in this area has cooled down and the people who have applied are not qualified plus the property tax is getting ridiculous!

I like the idea of putting up for both rent and sale. Will try that.

I'm looking to sell my property in Frisco, TX. The house is currently empty. It is a two-story 3 bed 2.5 bath 2,521 sq ft in great condition.


I moved from TX to GA and would like to 1031 properties near me for self-manage.
