When first starting out do you guys get a loan under your personal credit or LLC and if you go personal how do you go about transferring it to the LLC later if there is a due on sale clause?

Hello everybody! Is anyone investing in the Cleveland, Ohio area? If so how is it? How is the crime? I’m just kind of skeptical of investing there because I’ve been reading that there’s a lot of crime over there.

If you’re just starting out where is the best place to obtain a loan? CU, bank, broker, etc?

How do you guys fund your deals if you have no money to start with? Also besides doing a partnership?
