@Matt Geerts I don't have any strategies at the moment since I'm still very new and wouldn't be able to come up with one :).  As for target area, I would assume I'd start in areas closer to home like Toronto and the GTA.

@Ming Lim Great to see someone from Toronto!  Sorry for this newbie question - but how would I find this Canadian section of the forum?

Hi Everyone,

My name is Ivan and I am relatively new to investing in general.  I am more leaned towards Real Estate investing and hope to focus and learn more about buy and hold strategies for rental cash flow, but I am open to all learning opportunities!
