Hello Everyone!

I'm a totally new investor that's interested in BRRR method in the Syracuse NY area. I see there's some houses that are $6-9K. Some houses are totally tare-downs but others look like good fixer-uppers.

Most houses are own by Land Bank.

Could any share some info about buy and renting in the Skunk City?
