I have a motivated seller whom i have a signed purchase agreement with, i will be assigning my contract with a serious buyer, however i have no idea how to proceed once that step is complete i need  to find a title company who would help with the closing or an attorney who is well experienced in wholeselling 

To any pros out there im a first time rehab investor looking to buy a cheap property for a fix a flip any ideas suggestions and tips would be greatly appreciated !!!  Thank you in advance
