@Angie Shires we will have the house completely remodeled with a new kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, and new paint inside and out.

It is in a quiet, blue collar area with older homes next door.

We are on the last stages of our first flip since we moved to Longview, TX. The house has old windows that work but are single paned. Should we replace the windows and have a fresh look, or leave them the same?
