What I am working on right now is to get financed, whether being helped by a private investor to get a start or from a bank that will work with me. I had a situation and my credit score dropped to 583 from 688, I only have 3.5% that is required for FHA loan at the moment so this is what I would like some help figuring out first. If you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. As for my business, I will need a bigger amount as down payment so my business partner and I are searching for investors to get a little help getting off the ground. Thank You!

I am not familiar with bird dog, can you elaborate for me please?

I have already registered my business, a bill from college just showed up on my credit report that I am not liable for, so now i have to wait before i can get my first property all over again.  Any suggestions from beginers needing some help getting funded?
