I have been listening to Bigger Pockets podcast for some time now. I’ve been looking to invest in real estate where I live and unfortunately have been too nervous about making the big jump into investing. All that is turning around after listening to a few podcast and here I am. 

I’ve been in real estate for a good portion of my life. My family owns property throughout Los Angeles, and I managed properties for over 5 years.
